I started Ink & Ledger in 2021 after watching too many service business owners make growth decisions based on incomplete financial information—or worse, avoid growth opportunities entirely because they couldn't see their true capacity.
My corporate finance background showed me how powerful complete financial visibility can be for scaling decisions. But working with service businesses revealed a shocking truth: most owners are operating with massive financial blind spots that traditional bookkeeping never addresses.
